What to Expect
Your personalized program begins with an initial consultation where we will discuss your current lifestyle, goals, and any health concerns. We will create a strategy to assist you in reaching your goals through personalized nutrition recommendations. You will be provided all the resources to support you on your journey. During the span of three months, we will have follow up sessions to monitor goals and progress. Your nutrition plan will be modified as you progress through the program. My goal is to equip you with the tools for a lifetime!
